This may include: (i) informing you of  products, services, and promotional activities that may be of interest to you; (ii) providing information about relevant  products, services, and transactions, including, for example, pricing, information about product or service improvements; (iii) responding to questions or inquiries that you make, including customer service requests; and (iv) inviting you to participate in, or informing you of the results of, customer satisfaction or market research surveys.

Provide and improve our Internet Sites, Apps, products, and services. This may include: (i) customizing them to your preferences or interests, making them more compatible with your technology, or otherwise making them easier to use; (ii) maintaining the security of and otherwise protecting them; and (iii) and developing new  Internet Sites, Apps, products and services.

Address legal issues. This may include: (i) complying with our obligations to retain certain business records for minimum retention periods; (ii) establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims; (iii) complying with laws, regulations, court orders, or other legal process; (iv) detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, intellectual property infringement, violation of our contracts or agreements, violations of law, or other misuse of  Internet Sites, Apps, products or services; and (v) protecting ’s rights or property, or yours or others’ health, safety, welfare, rights, or property.

4. Disclosure of User’s information by

After the repayment is overdue,  as the Facilitator is entitled to disclose to the Investor the personal information of the Borrower, and to or obtained by the Facilitator through this Agreement and other lawful means and include the personal information submitted by the Borrower or collected by  into the blacklist of the  Website and the national and local personal credit information systems. The Facilitator is also entitled to share with any third parties the personal information of the Borrower, which was submitted by the Borrower or collected by the Facilitator in public domain, so that the Facilitator and the third parties can collect the overdue amount and such personal information can be used for the approval of other loan applications made by the Borrower. All the legal liabilities shall be borne by the Borrower and  shall not take any responsibilities.

d. When the Borrower is overdue for payment,  may publish the personal information of such user for the purpose of collecting debt.  shall not be held liable.

The Data Privacy Act (DPA) establishes that you have the following rights as a data subject:

● You have the right to indicate your refusal to the collection and processing of your personal data. You also have the right to be informed and to withhold your consent to further processing in case there are any changes or amendments to information given to you. Once you have notified us of the withholding of your consent, further processing of your personal data will no longer be done, unless (i) the processing is required pursuant to a subpoena, lawful order, or as required by law; or (ii) the collection and processing is pursuant to any lawful criteria indicated under the terms of this Policy.

● You have the right to reasonable access to your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to limit and prevent disclosure of your personal data and to receive notification of any possible breaches of your personal data.

● You may also correct or remove any information that you think is inaccurate. You have the right to dispute any inaccuracy or error in your personal data. You may request for the correction or removal of any inaccuracy or error in your personal data by logging into your account or making a formal request with our Data Privacy Officer.

● You have the right to the destruction of your personal data;

● You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

Please note that the exercise of some of your rights as a data subject is subject to review and may result in the denial of any application currently pending.

5. Security Safeguards

Your personal information will generally be stored in  databases maintained by our service providers (Server domain address: lightpeso.ph). 6. Usage of information of other users

In the transaction activities provided by , User is not entitled to require  to provide the personal information of other users unless the following conditions are met:

a. User has sued the other users for default in  activities in court;

b. Borrower who accepts the loan from the User is overdue in repaying the principal and interest of the loan; and

c.  has its business license revoked, dissolved, liquidated, declared bankrupt or other circumstances that hindered the User from withdrawing the principal and interest of the loan.

7. Security of username and password

a. User should keep his/her username and password in safe custody and should not to disclose the username and password to anyone, nor to use the username and password of any other person. User shall be responsible for all actions taken using his/her username and password.  shall not be responsible for any illegal usage of account by other person due to hacker, virus or User's negligence in keeping the same.

8. Rights of the Data Owner

Subject to the pertinent provisions of the Data Privacy Act, the lender or data owner have the corresponding rights, to wit:

a) right to be informed; b) right to object; c) right to access; d) right to rectification; e) right to erasure or blocking; and f) right to damages.

9. Removal of Personal Data

The consent that you have provided us for the collection, usage and disclosure of your Personal Data shall remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing. We allow you the opportunity to remove your Personal Data (save for the information which is necessarily retained by us to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, storage purposes, or if there are valid grounds under the law to do so, such as legal claims etc.) from our database or to request for us to cease processing all or part of your Personal Data by giving a written instruction to our Data Privacy Officer. We will require a reasonable amount of time to process such notices. Please note that after deleting your Personal Data, we may not be able to provide the same level of service to you as we will not be aware of your preferences.

We reserve the right to take necessary actions if we feel that such removal or cessation would not allow us to provide our products and services or fulfill our obligations in a satisfactory manner. This includes our entitlement to refuse to provide or cease providing any facilities, products or our services to you.

Where you have requested that we remove or cease the usage of your Personal Data that we have made public and there are valid grounds for such removal or cessation, we will use reasonable and cost effective steps to inform others that are displaying your Personal Data or providing links to the Personal Data to remove the same.

In such case that there is a need for us to store your Personal Data with a third party data storage providers, we use contractual arrangements to ensure that those providers take appropriate measures that are aligned with our Data Privacy and Information Security Policies. We will keep a copy of your registration and transaction records for 5 years in adherence with the requirement of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and other laws and regulations. Your Personal Data will be destroyed in irretrievable and unusable form in adherence with our physical and/or technical information security measures when retention is no longer required.

10. Revision of Privacy Policy

Changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on the  site and app, along with information on any material changes.  reserves the right to update or modify this Policy and any Specific Privacy Statements at any time and without prior notice. Any modifications will apply only to the personal information we may have collected and those we will collect after the posting.
